Wreckers Return From Lake Champlain
Each year, the returning varsity players take a pre-season trip. It’s not about soccer; it’s about being together as a team, sharing experiences, having fun, and tightening the bonds that are so important for a successful year.
This year’s destination was Lake Champlain/Burlington, Vermont. Eric Steffen ’96 — who helped lead last year’s Lake Placid excursion — joined the adventure again. The team hiked up Mt. Philo, jumped off the North Beach rocks, played paintball, got drenched on the Sugarbush Mountain Frisbee golf course — and prepared for the ’09 season that begins in less than a month.
