New Alumni Database Launched
Last spring, Staples Soccer intern Gabe Duque began creating a new alumni database.
He emailed grads from the 1960s through the 2020s, seeking information on:
— College attended, and years playing soccer there (if any)
— Current profession and job title
— Favorite Staples soccer memory
— Favorite Staples soccer teammate
— Favorite Staples soccer quote
— What Staples soccer means to them
The database is both interesting to scroll through (click here!), and useful for making contacts for college or work. To reach an alum — or to add your name to the database — email danwoog@gmail.com.
Alum Mark Noonan (SHS ’83) has gone on to a career in soccer. Most recently he was commissioner of the Canadian Premier League.
