Registration Now Open For STA Pre-Season Camp
Registration is now open for Staples’ STA pre-season camp. This annual event is for players who consider themselves to be legitimate varsity candidates only. Registration closes on March 31. After that date, players will be put on a waiting list.
This year’s camp will be held Thursday, August 15 through Tuesday, August 20. There will be double sessions (morning and evening) each day.
(A separate camp for incoming freshmen — also run by STA — is set for August 10-13.)

Brian Kuk and Brian Chandler — who earned the Jeff Lea Award at the December banquet, for their long service to Staples Soccer — return to run the 2013 camp. They’ve heard great things about the tremendous attitude of the returning players, and are excited to help the Wreckers earn their 13th state title
To register, go to www.soccertrainers.com. Players who participated last year and paid online should login with their email address and password on the left side. (If you forgot it, click “Forgot Password?”) New players should click “Join Now,” under “Soccer Players & Parents.”
Once logged in:
- Click “Sign Me Up! Register for a Training Session.”
- Select “Connecticut” from the drop down menu and click the search button.
- Review the “STA Staples HS Preseason Team Camp” program, then click the Register Now button.
Follow all online instructions. Registrants will receive a confirmation page and email.
