Wreckers Named Connecticut Team Of The Year
The Connecticut Soccer Coaches Association confirmed today what everyone in the state already knew: Staples boys soccer is #1.
The organization named the Wreckers Class LL Team of the Year — and also Team of the Year for all 4 divisions. That’s a huge honor, voted on by coaches representing the LL, L, M and S groups.
The banquet, at Aqua Turf, included awards to Josh Whitaker (All-New England, All-State), Gabe Duque (All-State), and Dylan Shackelford (Most Valuable Player of LL Finals).
